  1. Their QB is obviously talented but he has terrible decision making. Every play is a rollercoaster ride.
  2. Ugh holy crap. Alabama always does this, just to spite me. I get all excited that they're going to lose and then they come back. big 3rd down now... /pray
  3. ugh, 28-21. South Carolina needs to score another touchdown on this drive.
  4. 28-14 right now, but I'm still nervous. They always seem to come back. It would be nice if someone knocked them off since I still think they're the best team even though they're losing. EDIT: Nevermind. You're all talking about ito n the Husker forum
  5. Ya, I was mad the whole time that Washington and Kansas State had the same color
  6. I might have been a tad dramatic with the beginning. I'll take it off in a week , and I swear it gets going after a minute. I also want to point out that I rarely like music in sports videos. But, every time I hear this song I think the lyrics are really fitting. So I apologize if you hate the song, but there are other plenty of other highlight videos. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VUyfBCMC8S4
  7. I thought our schedule looked good and we had a chance to go undefeated during the regular season, but I thought our offense would still be bad and we'd win some of the games by a slim margin.
  8. and the point of your point was? I replied before I read Hercules post, so I deleted it instead of repeating him. What you said actually confirmed what I was trying to say. 4 starters in 4 years is worse than 6 in 8 years.
  9. where's the other fumble in the history video? I remember a Texas game where they were in the red zone, one of our big defensive lineman intercepted the ball or got a fumble, tried to return it, and then he fumbled the ball and Texas got it back. That was the worst loss, imo.
  10. We haven't seen him punt much either. I will never forget the punting against Texas. He should have been MVP just for that.
  11. * what the guy above said (no delete option)
  12. That was one of the things that annoyed me most about Callahan. I understand getting junior college players, but at QB it sounds like a terrible idea. Especially with a complicated offense. We had 6 QB in 8 years if I'm counting right.
  13. We are so lucky with this guy, heh. He just sort of fell out of the sky. I don't like thinking of what the team would be like without him. Okay, it would be like last year. And I'm glad Osborne lost the governor election.
  14. His weight doesn't matter. Remember Terrell Farley? He was really lightweight for a LB and that's who David reminds me of. Or was he a safety? Or did he have no position name? Anyway, that's what David could be.
  15. I wish the lion had won. I'm not sure why but I feel like killing predators like that is far more offensive than killing deer. Probably because there are a 100,000 deer/predator and it's unfair that you can kill this magnificent animal by moving your finger. Okay, that was my rant for the month.
  16. That's what I'm doing right now But mostly because I had to miss the first hour of the game.
  17. great article. I watched the Taylor Martinez interview. There's something endearing about his interviews. When people ask stupid questions (and most of them are stupid) he gives them the answers they deserve. I know he's not purposely being that way but I like that he doesn't try to stretch out the answer just to sound good. "How explosive is your offense?" "As you guys can see it's pretty explosive." Dumb question deserves "dumb" reply. 90% of the questions he's asked, anyone who watched the game could answer. Pretty much all of them can be summed up like this: "What happened on that play?" "I ran real fast-like"
  18. O.o he did get benched, and then Green came in and wasn't better. If you're implying Martinez should have replaced him, they didn't know he was good at QB until they put him in that position on the scout team, and it's not really fair to redshirt someone and then have them come in and play in the middle of the season and miss 1/8th of their cfg career because of it.
  19. A team will come along that learns to have 1 or 2 players just shadow him. Someone should be tackling him every play whether he has the ball or not, imo. And that should open it up for the RB.
  20. I don't know if you're going by scores but the UCLA one is deceiving, as far as their defense is concerned. UCLA had 291 yards. Texas outgained them. IIRC 2 of the touchdowns were from turnovers inside the Texas 20, but I might be remembering wrong. I'm still confident we'll do well, but it will be more of a challenge. I'm not too worried about Texas's offense though.
