I don't get steve p. on this one...he switches television providers for baseball season so that kids will get to see the team play on TV...but not the football team on TV huh.... don't tget this guy sometimes

there is no actual place assigned to stand...and you will stand cause thats how we students do ...but if you and some friends get together form a block because then when some jerk comes 20 minutes before the game and tries to use the ticket number you're all still together...don't be that guy that comes 5 minutes before kick off and think the ticket number is your seat number

i'm not worried about it really either...this just means that more will be announced at the army game in january ...seriously though some of these big name recruits cally and co. are going after almost seem like they enjoy the free publicity and will string out this process...Also schools in the ACC don't seem to start any kind of recruiting until november....I'm not worried...I would rather get a solid recruit the last week in january than a chodey little in june that backs out on you in december.

eh ...good call with grix...but honestly...how amazing would octavian being a safety be?...if this guy is as fast as they say he is... c'mon...maybe give him a look at returning kicks maybe...can you imagine trying to open field tackle 250 o'muscle.. flying downfield at 4.5 a forty...WOWZERS...i think i just crapped my self trying to think ...but seriously...it could happen

The situation in the secondary had me thinkin the other day...what if we moved grixby out to a free safety( this way we get the tallest guys out there at corner, got tired of seeing him beat last year), put andre jones and zach bowman out at the corners, keeping the backers and line the same...maybe...just a shot in the dark...but just maybe putting somebody like a steve octavian or another hoss with speed back there at strong safety, i know tierre moved back there but just a thought about the safety situation...this way we keep that stable of jawbreakers at linebacker (brandenburg, McKeon and bradely or ruud..also don't forget about Steve Allen)... it sucks that we have almost too much depth that not all of those guys are getting looks. This defense is going to be lethal and hungary to prove themselves...i love the attitude and that fire that some of those guys have...

i really like the idea that he has a highschool teamate already commited to the huskers. also the fact that the has attended practice with paul and his father ( whom was also a husker fullback) i dont think this is too far out there

Anybody else get emotional watching clips like that and just get antsy and can't wait until football season again... there is nothing better on this earth than husker football...NOTHING....

Is he a lock? i;m not really all that scared if we don't get this guy back...he is a big body but i think that we need to start recruiting more for that defense...that way we aren't caught with our pants down when the linebackers and D-line graduate...we have WR....it would be nice to have him, but not a necessity

the amazing thing for me is that in today's world people are soo caught up in winning and losing that sometimes they over look things like giving a kid his dream, and how amazing it is that a whole community is behind this kid. EVEN THE OTHER TEAM WAS CHEERING HIM. it's just amazing...who said the world is such a bad place

this just shows how dirty recruiting has gotten...its ridiculous that you can't even trust a written document anymore. ...oh well i guess he isn't wanted here anymore anyway...

How in the heck do you sign two letters of commit? who does this...and arent those pretty much binding contracts with the university? don't they have to release you from this so that you can sign with another school...info info...

from what i read this kid has never really done anything for himself and doesn't have the cajones to tell his dad where HE wants to go. I agree this kid sounds like a selfish snot nosed kid that isn't really a team player. "it sounded like he was ready to redshirt me already" psh... what a panzy

I totally agree ETR...i think we win but it;s by less than a touchdown and we get some of that husker luck rolling our way. I think that anyone that predicts a win by more than a touchdown has been living in a closet all year except for listening to good ole 1430. Chad henne and mike hart are too good to just discredit. That o-line is GIGANTIC (ten boys over 300). I think that if our d-line and backers come out and put henne on his back and do it often they WILL make mistakes. McKeon is player of the game and takes an interception to the house...tackle shmackle he will score a touchdown ...GBR huskers 24 wolverines 21

i think that it's hard to give a most improved award to a freshman. how do we know that they improved, how do we know they weren't this good in the first place. I would have to say that McKeon and Titus would have to win this award. Q came from nowhere and led this team, from a spot nobody thought he would start from. Titus finished the year well and was probably one of the most consistant parts of that D-line.

at first i was pretty mad about the freeman issue, but you have to look at the kind of person that it takes to text message someone about a decision like that. I don't want somebody like that to be a part of this team. I think we had a few players like that in the first year of Cal and co. and are no longer a part of this team. I think that Seth Jensen will play a role a lot like that of Patrick Kabongo, granted he won't be as huge of a person, but will have as huge of a heart, probably won't play a TON of snaps but will be an energy on the field getting those guys ready to roll. I'm getting real excited with the things that are coming. It's a real exciting time to be a part of Husker football... Now lets go beat blue !!!

70-3...i know this harsh to rub someone elses face in a loss like that but those sCUmbags deserve it. This just shows how a game can get out of hand if you don't take care of the foootball.
