    I actually think we'll lose less then 4 games this year... B1G is weak.... right B1G is weak this year but if Huskers don't fix defense, kicking game and settle TM down, I say we will lose 5 games

    I thought we would drop out of the rankings, right now, I think we are about #37. Last week I was so happy to see Martinez make good decisions and manage the game so well. Then last night, he looked so rattled and scared. What's up. Did we play a really bad Southern Miss team or a really good UCLA team? Coaches and players need to keep their heads when we get in a tough game. Bo is not the best role model here.

    Just listened to one caller who predicts Nebraska will have a record of 7-6 this year. Said we will loose to Idaho at home, and then go on to loose to Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, Northwestern and possibly Iowa. Holy Crap.

    Totalling agree, the inconsistency that we see from week to week last year may be back. And what the heck is up with our kicking game. I know Maher is not Alex Henry but come on, the guy stinks. We had poor field position most of the game and the field goals he misses are huge. Do we have anyone else other than Maher

    I have never felt that Barney Cotton was the best candidate for the job. I know several people close to the program who consider him lazy and that type of attitude flows down to players. I'm sure the players like him, he does not make many demands on players and does not hold them accountable. I don't care if he has ties in the administration, the guy is a loser where ever he is, get rid of him and Watson, We need a new fresh offensive coaching staff..

      I saw that they are throwing his name out there. It amazes me how people think that we are a second tier program when are in fact a great program to be at. "The U" should be talking to people who actually want the job.

      I think Pelini's name will be tossed out there each time there's a coaching vacancy much like Stoops' name is always tossed out there

    just cancelled our trip to attend the insight bowl, thought we would be playing the hawks, that's almost 20 people who won't be coming to San Diego. Feel angry about this.

    We were going with a group of 20 people to the Insight Bowl..........now after a quick poll, 15 have decided not to go, myself included. The heck with the bowl selection, I wish NE would decline. We are going to Aspen instead. I couldn't care less. later
