bornNUred
I didn't see any predictions here on the big game in Austin tonight between Ohio State and Texas. What do think is going to happen tonight in Austin when these two teams clash in this first #1 vs #2 early matchup? My mind says Texas. What do you all think? Quote Link to comment
Eric the Red
Texas wins with defense and running game TU 23 OSU 20 Quote Link to comment
KansasHusker
I have no score prediction, but I'm going with OSU. Quote Link to comment
ttheKid1*18
OSU 20, Texas 17 Quote Link to comment
KansasHusker
Ginn with 46 yard reception on first drive, but on field goal attempt, OSU's Peetrey misses. Quote Link to comment
HSKRNOKC
Tough tough coice. I say Ut by three. 17 -14 Quote Link to comment
bornNUred
Mack Brown loses a challenge on a critical fumble. That's huge in big games like these. Quote Link to comment
AgMarauder04
That roughing the passer call was CRAP! Quote Link to comment
ttheKid1*18
That roughing the passer call was CRAP! That was the second play on that drive where McCoy got lit up. That was no "helmet to helmet" imo. Quote Link to comment
AgMarauder04
17-7. Go Buckeyes! Quote Link to comment
Eric the Red
Texas wins with defense and running game TU 23 OSU 20 Completly off. But Ohio State is putting on a clinic Quote Link to comment
ttheKid1*18
I thought UT was overrated. As talented as they are, Vince Young is gone, and they will struggle a little bit in games like this...cough...Nebraska...cough. Quote Link to comment
AR Husker Fan
I was honestly surprised by the defenses. I figured that with their losses, OSU would have trouble stopping Texas, and I figured Texas would have more defensive sucsess. Texas looked good - but they sure didn't look like world-beaters by any stretch. Quote Link to comment
Blackshirtsguru
The thing that I saw was that Texas's young QB is not ready for big games. You aren't going to get alot of rushing yards against their front 4 and you can pass on that secondary all night! I think Zack will have a HUGE night against their secondary. Our defense should be able to contain their run. Our DL should pin their ears back and pressure their QB all night! From what I seen, their only deep threat so far is Sweed! Quote Link to comment
AR Husker Fan
I was actually impressed with Texas' quarterback. A true freshman, playing the Number 1 team in the nation - I thought he did well, all things considered. And he's only going to get better. I don't think this game affected his confidence - he could be really hitting stride by the time we play the Horns. But that secondary - man, once Zac sees the tapes, he's gonna be licking his chops... Quote Link to comment
