OKCHusker
Looks like we managed to climb back in the top 25 in the coaches poll Quote Link to comment

KansasHusker
The AP poll left us hanging as the last team out though and put Brigham Young in there instead... Quote Link to comment
Hawkeyehusker
Here's the USA Today Poll: http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaaf/polls?poll=3 We are 25th and A&M is 23rd. Quote Link to comment
BGREDSTUCKN IA
I am not for sure if OU and Texas A&M are really as good as they are rated. I guess we will find out next week when we pound the aggies on the ground for a big win! The Aggies obviously need some help defending the run and when they bring a bunch of guys in the box, that is when we go up and over for 6! Quote Link to comment
AgMarauder04
That's if you ever get the ball, since A&M is tops in the nation for TOP. May not be as easy as you think it is. Quote Link to comment
EbylHusker
They're both good teams. If we were playing A&M at home I'd say we had a good shot. Our road performance hasn't been great, though, and A&M is a tough place to play at. My thinking is the teams are more or less evenly matched, with A&M getting an edge for playing at home this time. AgMarauder04
That's my thought too. And if this game is ANYTHING like the past several games, the score difference will be <3 and we won't know until 5 seconds left who will win. It strikes me as this is the battle for the Holiday Bowl, as I think OU has the Cotton Bowl just about locked up. Quote Link to comment

In the OWH today, a Cotton Bowl rep said that he really wants a north team to play in the Cotton, and if we lose to A&M, win against sCUm, and then lose the title game, we could still be in the Cotton Bowl.
