westgatehusker
what happens with him next year? He showed good vision, and made three good cuts on one play today. does he stay at running back, move to linebacker and redshirt, move to linebacker and not redshirt, move to safety.....uh move to long....snapper.......... I don't know I'd like to see him back at linebacker, he played well there last year, most notably 6 tackles against mizzou. anyways we'll lack depth at linebacker next year so that's my best guess. Plus we'll be adding depth at running back with Jonas Gray, and Collins Okafor. so we'll have those two, Lucky, Castille, Glenn, Wilson, Helu, and Mendoza that's some serious depth. anyways that's my take on things. oh and he's not redshirting next year that was pretty much a joke......so was the uh....long.....snapper thing, he'd make a much better punter Quote Link to comment

Eric the Red
If he isn't moved to LB or defense after this year......he will transfer. Quote Link to comment
browie
He feels like the USC backs. Good but stuck behind better Quote Link to comment
Hawkeyehusker
Culbert did look good today. But getting in during the 4th quarter against Nevada probably isn't a very good judge of his abilities. But he should get a lot more playing time. Quote Link to comment
Hunter94
If he isn't moved to LB or defense after this year......he will transfer. agree, we are not utilizing him as we should be. i imagine he is one of several frustrated players on this team. not saying it is the coaches fault, but i can understand their frustration. of all the coaches we have ever had, cally has moved more people to different positions, that they were not particularly well suited for IMHO, but that's football. BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Seems like Leon Jackson. I hope it is handled better. Quote Link to comment
nepolo7
I agree with what has been said he needs to be on dfense where he will play and make an impact. I think we are good at running back especially if Glenn gets healthy. Quote Link to comment
husker rob
i am sure that he will move back to defense before the midway point of the season. he was brought on to offense to provide depth because of the unknowns with the incoming running backs. Castille showed yesterday that he is ready to step it up and play as a true freshman, Helu played also. Lucky is healthy, and Glenn got into the game also. if there is not a rash of serious injuries by mid season, he will move back to the defense Quote Link to comment

Since when did you get on the coaching staff's payroll? We can sit here and "arm chair QB" everything but I can say that I trust what the coaches are doing and where they have him as far as what position he is playing. Quote Link to comment
