HSKRNOKC
I was kinda upset he only got 1 game suspesion for being arrested 2 times in 5 weeks and thought it wasn't sending a good messaage to other athletes and it wasn't cosistant with how other programs were handling similar issues but what if he didn't have football to fall back on? So as a CU fan I'm glad he is reinstated and hope he learned how serious life is and every CU fan I've spoke to says our thoughts and prayers are with him. GO Buffs GO Maurice hang in there. Great post. Thanks for the kindness. Quote Link to comment

NMHUSKER
Stories like this reminds me that there is more than Football and more than winning at all costs. I liked Coach Callahans statement on Mo and whats important to him. I know other Coaches would say the same thing but its comforting to know "ours" did. May God Bless you Mo and your family and friends. Quote Link to comment
Thunderpig2
I'm very sorry to hear about Maurice's girlfriend, as well as the story about his brother. I didn't know about either until now. As a CU fan, I express my condolences to Maurice and his family, they will be specifically in my prayers. It's good to see the Husker Nation rallying behind the young man! (We wouldn't expect any different) Good luck to Mo, and the Huskers this weekend! Quote Link to comment
