TO as assistant coach

Recommended Posts

TO is now the interim HC. He indicated that he would be willing to remain on the staff of the permanent HC as an assistant. In what capacity do you think TO would remain as an assistant? Maybe as the QB coach? Maybe even the OC depending on the new coach. That might point towards Pelini being the new HC. Thoughts?

TO is too old for the rigors of coaching in today's college football. Besides, what coach would want to work with their boss let a lone a legend watching their every move? Also how would that work if the HC is in charge of the AHC or the QB coach but that QB coach or AHC is the AD who inturn is your boss? Think about it. It doesn't make sense?
