hskrdedhed
Did anyone see the debate last night? Granted , the Dems arent that appealing , but these guys are a joke. The only one that makes a lick of sense is Mccain. He is the only one who has a chance if given the nomination. Rudy and Rommney are both huge flip-floppers. I dont trust either of them. They will say anything to gain support , whereas Mccain seems to stick by his guns. What is with the love affair with Reagan anyway? The only thing the GOP has going for them is Hillary getting the nomination. If Obama or Edwards get it , it is over for them. Link to comment

The only thing the GOP has going for them is Hillary getting the nomination. If Obama or Edwards get it , it is over for them. I don't usually talk about politics but when it comes to Mr. Reagan I'll say a few words. First, Jimmy Carter, while being smart, was a weak, lame president. Gold was at $900. an oz. Mortgage rates were 18+%. Iran was holding Americans hostage and making the US look like a paper tiger. Mr. Reagan got elected in a land side. The hostages were released. The economy turned around and rates for home loans started to drop. He also engineered the fall of the Soviet Union and Communism. That's the reason for the love affair. ...T_O_B Link to comment
Dan_F_30
I'm a democrat but really don't vote according to party lines. With that being said I am not a Hillary fan but I like Obama. I was intrigued by Huckabee, I thought he had a lot of good answers and really didn't get caught up in the Rudy - Romney - Thompson debacle. I think Romney was the big loser in the night, he got ganged up on a few times and really didn't have any good rebuttal. McCain also looked good. Huckabee and McCain I thought were the big winners to me! Link to comment

He seems to really try hard to appeal to the religious right nutjobs. I think he kinda is one of those nutjobs. Link to comment

strigori
The GOP's only hope is getting to run against Hilary. I like Obama and Edwards, Hilary scares me, and with her BS about trying to censor video games, she can go to hell. Link to comment

Another hottie and she is from Nebraska as well. Link to comment

Another hottie and she is from Nebraska as well. Do you even know what a communist is? Dont use words you dont know the meaning of. He has alot of socialistic views. All Thompson does is try to cater to the fringe right wing nutjob zealots by scaring them about the government trying to take away their guns. The only GOP candidate that isnt incredibly scary is Mccain. He's scary but not as scary as the others. Link to comment
papersun87
I honestly have no idea which candidate I'm supporting this time. I'm a registered Republican, but unfortunately there isn't a single Republican candidate I like. I've got a lot of research left to do before I take a side. Link to comment
