Wicked_Shadows
Here is my schedule wallpaper, been an idea for a long time but I finally found time to make it! Sure there are a lot of 08 schedule's out there, but mine is VERY different, as always! Download 1280x1024 version here - http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3162/266487...75f840fde_o.jpg Quote Link to comment

AR Husker Fan
Wow! Love the reflections! I'd ask how you did it, but it wouldn't matter - I wouldn't be able to do it. Quote Link to comment

If you have something like photoshop or gimp, it should not be too hard. Copy the image, paste it as a new layer, then flip the image vertically and reduce the opacity. And then move it to the right position so it looks like a reflection. I don't know if that's how he did it though, maybe there's a better way. Quote Link to comment

Secondly, to zoogies, you are right in how to make a basic reflection, but that's not quite how I did it. I wanted my reflections to look wavy and watery (I must have an obsession with liquid, lol) so I used a couple distortion filters first, then do exactly what you said above. You also can add a layer mask and put in a Transparency to Black gradient which will make the mirror fade. Quote Link to comment
huskerjack23
there isn't enough padding on the top and bottom Quote Link to comment
Wicked_Shadows
Did you make one like this before? I have seen a few like this here. Anyway, It's a great design for sure, good job! My idea for the schedule I made came from the one like yours I saw here. I just felt it was missing things, I love a chaotic looking background, lol. Yeah, I did a beta version for the 2008 one and I did one last year for 2007. Lol, I HATE padding! My style is to fill as much of the image with crap as I can, which keeps me unique, but also makes what I do a required taste! Quote Link to comment
