DeathCultArmaggedon
Yeah, can someone just post the text of the article? Quote Link to comment
zoogs
Sporting News has bandwith problems? Is that why they have these stupid "usage limit exceeded" barriers? Well, here's a suggestion: make a website that doesn't freaking suck. Seriously. Go to their home page. All that text...is an image. With even more images (the photos) overlayed on top of it somehow. I've never seen anything stupider, a 90-kb PNG image replacing what could be accomplished by mostly plain text. Sheesh! Also, every other aspect of their site sucks. Quote Link to comment

Drowning_in_the_Sea_of_Red
Ah yes. Good times that Orange Bowl was. I remember running outside with my dad and we were just screaming as loud as we could. Then I remember seeing my uncle, who was the Fire Chief for the Volunteer Fire Department in our little town of 300 people, driving around in the fire truck with the lights on and sirens blaring. HuskerTrucker
Very nice article...what I kind of remember growing up in Nebraska, only when a players name was mentioned back then in a classroom, most of the kids recognized the name immediately without even being referenced to the Huskers. That is the way it needs to become again in Nebraska for our kids IMHO. Quote Link to comment
