A running back in a "hands off" green practice jersey. That was the case with Roy Helu Jr. in Monday's morning practice on the grass fields. He had missed the last few practices with a minor injury, according to Bo Pelini. OK, it's not exactly huge news . . . At any rate, Helu Jr. might feel a sense of urgency to get back on the practice field because of the competition at the position. Marlon Lucky and Quentin Castille are healthy and clipping along through camp nicely, it seems. The team will wrap up the morning session around lunchtime and practice again this afternoon. Husker_x
He was 'injured' a few days ago but it wasn't serious. He was held out of practice but helped out in drills. He'll be fine. By the way, this might be an old story, but whatever became of Kenny Wilson? Quote Link to comment
General Blackshirt
By the way, this might be an old story, but whatever became of Kenny Wilson? I believe he is still with the team, but he isn't a player. Graduate Assistant maybe? Or am i making this up? I thought i heard something along those lines. Quote Link to comment

Scratchtown
yes he's helping coach, but the only way he can do that is to keep him on the roster, otherwise we would have too many coaches. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
I'm sure it's something minor or he wouldn't be practicing at all. Quote Link to comment
