The Perfect Season

Recommended Posts

I was reading another thread and this thought popped into my head...

What would be the most incredible perfect season for the Huskers? Here is how I see it:

1. Every team the Huskers play is undefeated when they play NE.

2. The Huskers not only win every game but they cover the spread every game.

3. The teams the Huskers play then win all the rest of their games.

4. The teams the Huskers beat end up ranked number 2 thru 14 in all polls.

If anyone can find fault with this please let me know.

not mathematically possible as we play in the big 12 and the teams play each other

Ie: we beat MU, KU, ISU, CU, KSU......then each of these teams have to play each other making it not possible for each of them to win all of the rest of their games! because when MU and KU play each other having both lost to us (so having say 9-1 records) one of them has to lose giving the losing team a 9-2 record and so on and so forth..

but yes if it were possible that would be awesome!!

Don't forget individual achievements, something like.........

Lee.......3882 yrds, 49 TDs 0 ints Heisman runner up

Helu......2349 yrds, 37 TDs Heisman Winner

Suh.......29 sacks, 135 tackles

Henery..93 for 93 PATs, 1-1FG (Bo tells Lee to take three consec. knees at mid-field of the NCG as we are up 63-0 so Henery can try a 67 yarder and he crushes it).

Just saying......
