pastamax
I wouldn't be surprised to see him making 2nd String all-conference this year. He has rebounded well from injury and still shown the quickness that he started with. He stays at home well on misdirections, and when teams don't block him well he gets in the backfield. Given Mizzou's weak o-line and Gabbert's tendency to flee the pocket I see him making several big plays a week from now! Quote Link to comment
redout22
I think he will be huge this year. He hasn't done anthing huge this year but if you give it time I think he will breakout and have a great year. Quote Link to comment
husk3rf8n
Honestly I've seen nothing from Turner to make me think he is going to break out. Of the 4 starters on DL he has been the least productive in my opinion and I like when Meredith is in there. Quote Link to comment
Drowning_in_the_Sea_of_Red
I agree that he seems to have recovered well. I was worried that he might not, as I'm sure others were as well. But he has been solid through the first four games and he hasn't done anything to hurt us. All-Conference anything, he is not, though. Quote Link to comment
NoDoubt
Re-watch last weeks game, Turner gets off the snap FAST. He will make some waves.... Quote Link to comment
Igetbored216
The first two games I was not impressed with Turner. He looked hesitant, slow, and was getting knocked down. However, he has since turned it on and has looked rather impressive. Hopefully he can keep getting better and better each week like he has done. Quote Link to comment

Turner hasn't had the impact we hoped he would when he returned. Hopefully he turns it on soon and we can get back to that crazy aggressive Barry Turner we had in his Freshman year. If he comes even close to that form through the rest of this year, this front four will be devastating against the weaker O Lines in the Big XII. Quote Link to comment
