Playbook.....

Apathy

Are we still using the playbook that was brought in when Callahan got here? Seriously why is our playbook so freakin frustrating to learn that we can't have some true freshman come in and learn in within a few months? Green has admitted to only knowing like 20 some plays and I know that Rex was our 2nd string RB but still....is the wording that hard or is Green just not as good as all of the hype?

Both Colt McCoy and Sam Bradford started as two reshirt freshman and have played 3-4 years of College ball and look at where they are at now. Both Terrelle Pryor and Matt Barkley have played early as true freshman and have done a decent job after enrolling and learning the playbook in such a short amount of time. Seriously our playbook is that much harder to learn compared to USC....if so there is something wrong with that. USC is constantly in the top 10 and most true freshman know the plays come fall camp and it takes our player 1 1/2 to 2 years to learn it and we struggle to stay in the top 25.

Is our Playbook that difficult where it takes most players a 1 1/2 to 2 years to learn it and if so we need to toss that up and get this younger kids on the field quicker to get some more experienced in bigger games.
