kansas husker
Huskerscott do you know what the rams got for him yet? The skins were already pretty low on picks for this years draft. Quote Link to comment

Havent heard what they got for him yet.... Im not NFL guru, but I would think a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th rounder or a combination of those. Given the fact he has had injury problems since he came to the rams. Hopefully he gets a fresh start with the 'skins and put the shoulders and ankle injuries behind him. Quote Link to comment
GSG
ST. LOUIS -- The St. Louis Rams have traded defensive tackle Adam Carriker, a first-round pick in 2007 who's been held back by injuries, to the Washington Redskins for a late-round pick in the draft. The Rams and Redskins also swapped their fifth-round picks in this weekend's NFL draft as part of the trade, a source tells ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Rams general manager Billy Devaney said Tuesday the team had enough depth at the position to make the deal. He said the draft class was loaded with defensive tackles, and the Rams are expected to re-sign backup Gary Gibson. Carriker was the 13th overall pick in 2007 out of Nebraska. He missed last season with a shoulder injury. He will be reunited with defensive coordinator Jim Haslett, a former Rams coach. Carricker has 53 tackles, including two sacks, in 31 career NFL games. ESPN.com senior writer John Clayton, ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter and The Associated Press contributed to this report. ESPN link Quote Link to comment

chamrocck
From what I can tell the Skins robbed the Rams here...gave up very little. I try to like the Rams but they just continue to crap themselves. Quote Link to comment
huskertim
I'm hopeing this opens the door for Suh, I dread the thought of Bradford as the Rams first pick. I'd much rather they picked up Claussen, McCoy, or even Lefever later on. Moreover, I think this is the best move for Adam, he needs to get a fresh start. Quote Link to comment
