M NCAA BB Lock of the week OSU Beavers -4 over Oregon Book it and Lock it ! last season's Civil War the Beavers easily won and covered in both meetings, expect more of the same this season. Since top Red Shirt freshman guard Roberto Nelson gained eligibility in December OSU has scored 70 or more in 7 of last 8. Don't expect a rebuilding Oregon offense to keep up with that pace.
