That two would make it is even more improbable and that two would not only make it but wind up on the same team seems ludicrous. But that’s exactly the case here as Danny Woodhead and Nathan Enderle are both suiting up for the San Diego Chargers. “It’s nuts,” said Woodhead. “It really is crazy. I never would have thought we’d be together in the NFL. It’s pretty cool for the city of North Platte.” Wow. That is cool. The odds are further accentuated when you add in the fact that neither player ( from a sparsely populated state) got to the league via playing for the Huskers. Quote Link to comment
