North Dakota Game

Huskers vs North Dakota got rescheduled to tonight and at half we are rolling 36-20.

I like what I see out of Diaz, he is playing a little bit stronger tonight. Also Bear Jones is leading the way with 8 points.

NIce win. Played fairly clean for the most part. Moved the ball very nicely but the D could have been a little bit better but overall a solid performance. Now we have a nice 9 game winning streak going. A lot of guys got some key playing time and starters got a lot of rest which I like since we play in another two days. I liked the game management.

11-2 and moving on to Savannah State on Wednesday

Jeter was pressing for some reason tonight, took some poor shots. I still think Diaz/Ubel look weak, but overall this was a good game. The team wasn't very intense but still rolled. Bear Jones and Toney McCray are fun to watch when they're feeling it.

I understand people not going to these non-con games, I do. I try to be at every game every year, but I understand the team needs to prove a little something if they want a packed house. That being said, I really really really hope a lot of people come out Saturday. Assuming they win Wed., Saturday will present an opportunity to go to 13-2 and 1-0 in conference play which would be huge. They'll have two tough games next week at Mizzou and at KU, so people need to come out Saturday and help this team get conference play started right.
