NUance
Jay Guy The real surprise was provided by freshman Jay Guy, who redshirted last fall. He had four tackles, two of which went for losses, and pulled down Brion Carnes for a 9-yard sack in the second quarter. He was also credited with blocking an extra point. LINK Sounds like Jay Guy was a terror in the trenches. Quote Link to comment
Enhance
The interesting thing about Jay Guy is that when he first arrived on campus, he looked like an Average Joe that was overweight. He still somewhat looks the way, but his looks are slightly deceiving. Quote Link to comment

He still somewhat looks the way, but his looks are slightly deceiving. I saw him from about 20 feet away in San Diego at the bowl game and he did not walk, he waddled. Literally. We waddled. I mean he was some 50-70 pounds over weight. He was huge. At that time my son commented that he looked like he would be hard pressed to see his toes much less touch them. I'm guessing he shed a great deal of weight these past three months. I did not see the game Saturday, only highlights... and none of him. Was he still that fat? I'm guessing not.
