He said he was okay to drive because "It's okay to drink and THEN drive but it's only bad if you drink AND drive." Alcohol does strange things. Quote Link to comment

Except the pedestrian was like a five year old girl. They printed an article about it in the Journal Star. My mom cut that article out and showed it to my brothers and I when we were old enough to drive, so we wouldn't drive drunk. Worked, I think of it everytime I think of someone driving drunk.
