No problem! 1. Cheney knew about the torturing of captives. 2. The torturing of captives did occur. 3. Cheney encouraged Bush and the CIA to use this type of interrogation. (And they did so.) And if BO isn't guilty of A & A then he is guilty of acessory after the fact. That is if there was a crime by Cheney. BO could be guilty of was crimes like A &A on the drone issue He knew bombs were killing innocent civilians The bombs killed innocent civilians He ordered the bombs to be dropped on innocent civilians. He knew he would kill innocent people I think that is the intent. And if you use that logic with waterboarding then you can't do anything to make an enemy combatant uncomfortable. I never said it was a ride at Disney did I? Of course it made the men uncomfortable, I don't think you are going to get information from them giving them a big mac meal and letting them watch porn. No more so than I do Cheney is one. War criminals are people like Hitler, stalin, Hussein. I was just giving you some of your own medicine to show how anyone can say anything when they start with the answer. You think Cheney is a war criminal so you have to find the evidence. You are not so good at realizing the differences between good people making hard decisions and manaical mad man killing people and detroying property for sheer personal or political gain.
