nebraskafaninwi
Yeah, Nebraska isn't in the mix. Recruits are finding out that Lane isn't that great of a coach and are bolting to find other places to play with better coaches. Recruits like to go to the "new flashy" school and right now that is Notre Dame, Ohio State, and Alabama. If Saban leaves to the NFL Alabama will not get the same level of recruiting and will fall back some....in with the rest of the SEC. If Nebraska can get an offense going for a couple of seasons in a row to be near the top 20 we will start getting interest from big name recruits. That's just the way recruiting works. StPaulHusker
This is like the 5th or 6th decommit over the last month or so. Does anyone have any insight as to why? Huh? He's saying for USC, not NU. And if I had to guess, it is because people are finally realizing that Lane Kiffin is a scumbag. Correct. I was talking about USC losing the recruits. I get that people think Kiffin is a scumbag and people think that he can't coach but it just seems strange that his class this year was on fire and now kids are jumping ship at quite a pace. Just wondering if they have been told something. It might be that since there were limited schollies available they figured they would snatch one up and then see where the rest play out Quote Link to comment
dylan
At the beginning of the year, sc was ranked first and was a hot program again. Now they are coming off a crappy loss in a crappy bowl and everyone knows lane is a crappy coach and a douche to boot. They'll still get a good class just because they're sc, and their location and lane telling kids whatever he need$ to, but it's good to see that at least some of these kids (and/or their parents) have their eyes open. NUpolo8
This guy isn't the type of guy Nebraska should be targeting anyway. Quote Link to comment
