I recall reading a story when he was first hired @ NU that he gave the team a day off and followed it up with a "fun day" but I can't remember exactly what it was that they did, but it wasn't basketball-related. Arcade? Laser Tag? Whatever it was, he said it seemed to help the staff and players afterwards. Quote Link to comment
