bball_backer
Simple question: What kind of player will Shavon be going forward? Were Doc still here, I believe he'd be the stud of the team the next three years. With Miles, however, I think he'll be that consistent guy that sometimes has a loud 20 and 10 night, and other nights has a quiet 12 and 8 but makes key stops/buckets at key times. With the talent Miles seems to be going after, I don't think Shavon will be the "star" for three years, but I very well could be wrong. Edit - If he develops a dynamic outside shooting presence as Miles has suggested, he may very well be The Guy for the next three years. Quote Link to comment
Comish
I acknowledge that the weight of the label "potential" is a difficult cross to bear, but I really believe Shavon has the bloodlines, tenacity and ceiling to become so much more in the next few years. I liked his mental aggressiveness as a very young (and injured) freshman and I'll be surprised and disappointed if he doesn't become a really special player. Quote Link to comment
SouthLincoln Husker
I agree, as he was a child playing amount men. The more athletic we get the less pressure he will see. He will get stronger and thrive in Miles offense. Quote Link to comment
