lo country
In a word. Sad. It is a part of who we are now.................. Offensive tackle Jeremiah Sirles, who made his 40th start Friday, addressed the topic of turnovers. His take was unfortunate but not surprising. "It's almost become who we are, and that really sucks," said Sirles, who has watched more than his share of turnovers over his four-year tenure in Lincoln. "It's almost like we can't hold onto the ball for certain things." Our identity has gone from world beaters who were mean, smashed in your face ad left your stadium in flames to this. "It's almost become who we are." This statement from a leader on the team, says it all. This team has some serious self doubt issues........ 1 Quote Link to comment

Count 'Bility
Pregame radio said we had only 2 takeaways since the Purdue game. LOL. Quote Link to comment
lo country
Pregame radio said we had only 2 takeaways since the Purdue game. LOL. I wonder if that has to do with how poor we tackled in the beginning of this year. Maybe Bo said forget the take aways, we can't even tackle. Quote Link to comment
Danny Bateman
+1'd. Good quote. For all of us couch jockies who don't even play, imagine how frustrating this problem must be for someone who is on the team. On the offense. In a position that already doesn't get a lot of glory but is the backbone of everything that we do on that side of the ball. And never touching the ball yourself but watching all your teammates on O consistently just be careless with the ball. Must suck. Quote Link to comment
HuskerfaninOkieland
What's more frustrating to me is the season started so promising in the turnover department. Quote Link to comment
