Video there says we killed an ISIS Chief's second in command with a bombing strike. Also mentioned we sent 1300 troops over yesterday with plans for up to 3000 by February. They did mention that they're non combat troops which I assume men's they'll be training Iraq's military.

 

Let's hope it stays that way.
