Silent Commit
Was there actually a person added during the flight? That is, did the flight take off with X number of passengers and landed with X+1 passengers? If a person was added, was this addition attributed to a birth? Since the airline had to account for the extra passenger, a fictitious name was created. Â Was there ANY change to the number of people aboard the flight while it was in flight? .... or on the ground between destinations? Â You said "sort of" to the question of whether the fictitious person was added by the government. Was the government agency associated with... Â the IRS? a local or state government branch? FBI or CIA? some sort of aeronautics branch (FAA)? the military? judicial? executive branch? Â Was it a U.S. Flight? Was it a domestic flight? Was it an international flight? Â Do you call yourself "Slacker" because you shirk responsibility or work? ...tried to evade military service during wartime?.... ....not busy/sluggish? ....lacking in diligence or concern? .....or other? benjibean1
Was it a test to make sure the airlines are doing their job by making sure they are doing the proper counts of passangers? Â I do have to say this riddle if very vague and can be anything. Quote Link to comment

Silent Commit
So, it was a U.S. domestic flight. Does it matter where the flight took off? Landed? Â Did it have anything to do with politics? A local political candidate? A state government official? Â Was the fictititious name added by the state or local government to hide something? deceive someone? protect someone? account for someone? Â Was someone supposed to be on the flight, but wasn't? Â I'm a little confused by the riddle. When you say that a fictititious name was "added", does that mean that there were x people aboard and the fictititious name would have made x+1 passengers aboard the flight - meaning that the passenger list has one more name than actual passengers? or does the fictititious name that was "added" mean that one of the names of the passengers on the flight wasn't their real name? pigsonthewing
or maybe the name of the passenger was the same as a character in a work of fiction(movie, book,). Quote Link to comment
