Mavric
Interesting to see how they work recruiting going forward. They said at first that they'd like the position coaches to recruit their position all over but said that probably wouldn't work well with so much ground to cover. They figured they'd do regional recruiting and once an target is identified they'd bring the position coach in. But it sure seems like they're all over the place. That would be great if it works but that's a lot of ground for everyone to cover. Quote Link to comment
skersfan
Recruiting is a state of mind. You need to be in your comfort level. I think they are learning a new system. What worked regionally for Oregon State, changes to a more massive effort, more fish in the sea than they are used to. Recruiting changes every day. You have to stay up with what the kids want and you do not want a slick New Your City recruiter talking to deep south player. Vice versa. They will figure out what areas each are prepared for. A work in progress I think. Quote Link to comment

huskerfan09
I know this is a few days old, but it could have been Jean Delance, 4* OT from Mesquite, TX. He currently holds a husker offer Quote Link to comment
