hootin' annie's goatfarm
hello, that is great news that NU grapped another tx walk-on - who will hopefully contribute as mulkey has after walking on at NU from tx, but his quote has thrown me a little, in which he stated that 9 of 11 off. starters in the alamo bowl were walk ons: to my knowledge I believe koch & slauson were the only 2 former walk on candidates to start, & kelly & mulkey the only other walk-ons to play offensively - right? I think the kid wanted to say 9 of the 11 starters on the kickoff team were walk-ons or from the state of Nebraska Quote Link to comment
Guest greenbayhusker
I hope he can contribute one way or another. However, with our depth at wide receiver (it's been a while since I've been able to say that), I can't help but think we'll utilize his talents elsewhere. Quote Link to comment
