He will have a good season in my poinion. 3500+ yrds, 25-30 TDs, % in the 60s. That should put him somewhere in the Top 10, if not Top 5. Booty being rated that high is all on potential. It's preseason ranking, it's just as factual/b.s. as any other preseason forcast or prediction. Like NU being in the top 20 or isu winning a game this season.
