Roxy15 Posted November 19, 2019 Share Posted November 19, 2019 Gravy With No Drippings: 4 T. Butter 1/2 Large Onion, Finely Chopped 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced 4 T. All-Purpose Flour 1 Tsp. Sage 1 Tsp. Fresh Rosemary 1 Tsp. Fresh Thyme 2-3 Cups Low-Sodium Chicken Broth Kosher Salt Freshly Ground Black Pepper In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook until soft, 5 minutes, then stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute more. Stir in flour and herbs; cook for 1 minute then gradually whisk in 2 Cups broth. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat slightly and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes. If the gravy is too thick, add more broth. Quote Link to comment
