the last two years FS coached, the option did kind of suck. it wasn't even an option it was just Jammal Lord running with the football. point proven, in 2003 the two best rushers on the season were Jammal Lord (948 net yards, 72.9 avg/g) and Josh Davis (600 net yards, 46.2 avg/g). our running game was horrid last season but still Corry Ross averaged 73.5 yards a game. yes i know the 2003 team produced more total rushing yards, but i think the fact that our leading rusher last year (on a team that was ranked 107 in rushing offense) still had a higher average of yards per game than anyone on the 2003 team says something.

did anyone watch the OU spring game? Bomar played like crap in the second half, i think he threw three interceptions.

a 55 yard run against our #1 defense, man i'm glad lucky finally got a good run. but d@mn glenn has to be some kind of a stud to take out octavien and green and still gain more yards.

i remember listening to the spring game last year while ZT was putting on quite the show. now that this years game is coming up soon, who do you think will emerge as the games most impressive player? in my opinion ZT has already proven himself to be the man so he doesn't have to break the passing recond again this year, but i wouldn't be surprised if he did. i think it's going to be one of the backs but i'm not sure which one yet.

I agree with 10-2. it just makes sense, the first year we lost 6, last year we lost 4 and next year we only lose 2 (i hope)

i bought my girlfriend a husker thong last season because she told me she didn't have any husker cloths. maybe FF should do the same for BC if he's so worried about it.

if he really wants it, he'll step up. i didn't expect lucky to come in last season and just take over, but now that he's had a year to learn i believe he'll leave the spring number one. when wilson comes in the summer, however, that is when things could get interesting.

as far as i'm concerned, if bill can get his players pumped and they want to kick some putty tatt @$$ i'm all for it
