I would take Garcia or their starter Van Dyke if either enter the portal any day. Both are extremely talented and would immediately go close to the top of the list.

Still say Dillon Gabriel should be our top target. He would kill it in Whipple’s offense.

Tight Ends we’re third and fourth on the team in catches on the year. Like you said Whipple coaches to what he has and to me that’s a huge breath of fresh air from what we’ve had.

As a bears fan they are firing him a year too late. Guy has been an absolute train wreck. The bears problems start way above the head coach though. Terrible ownership all the way down to the head coach. All need to go!

Best plan is go get Greg Knox at Florida. Was the RB/ST coordinator at Florida under Mullen and their interim head coach after Mullen was fired. 2 birds one stone lol

Good Coaching is not letting it get to that point.

Accountability is a must when coaching any sport. Fred lacks in this department imo.

Whipple was just in-home with Chubba Purdy (transfer from FSU) last night and offered him a scholarship to Pitt. Interesting……..

The way it looks to me is ALOT of Hoiberg’s success at Iowa St was thanks to TJ Otzelberg. Iowa St was absolutely awful last year. Hired TJ back and now are rated. For me the jury is still out on how good of a coach Hoiberg actually is. Doesn’t matter how good you can recruit if you can’t coach them. Miles would be killing it with this talent level already imo.

Believe me I’m not. I have a better chance of winning the lottery than him coming here lol

The only drawback to Brady is he absolutely HATES recruiting. It was the main reason why he went to the NFL. Plus he had one good year with an offense that had 7 people drafted. Actually how good of a coach he is is a bit of a mystery to me.
