I think the Blackshirts should go to all the guys on first string. They may not start, but they are the best at their position.I can see the argument for that but only 11 guys start each week.So how do you hand out Blackshirts for practice if the opponent's first formation determines which guys are starting?
How does that happen? You wait until your opponent lines up before deciding who you are going to send out on the field? I'm pretty sure this never happens.
