    This is why I do not care about points per play. Iowa used many plays to score, but it was a very effective drive.

    I don't get the obsession with points per play. Three and out, 3 and out, 3 and out, 80 yard TD grades the same as a single, 10 play TD drive. I greatly prefer the former. Points per possession is what matters, not points per play.

    Season average is 20th, 1st half of the season was about 60th, 2nd half is top 10

    No JD is a major setback. Didn't Frost recruit some speedy receivers that should know the offense by now? Our offense is better than 20th because of the difference between the beginning of the season and now. The team is getting better every week.

    Then why do they always throw them when our opponent has an incomplete pass on 3rd and long near the end of the game?

    Do you have to be over 70 to ref BIG football. I am assuming the age requirement is to ensure bad eyes and out of position.

    The Huskers got tougher as the game went on. That crap call on Mo really lit a fire.

    It was fantastic to hold a team to below their season average. With no JD today, we had to have a great defensive effort. Hats off to Pickering. Earlier in the year, we may have lost 6-3 with two missed FGs

    What I loved today. 1. This team will not quit 2. The D can win a game 3. Players are improving (Jackson, Pickering) 4. The refs were not able to steal the game
