1) How long have you been a member of Husker Nation? I was born in 1970 during the year of Nebraska's first championship. Coincidence? I think not!
2) What/who led you to The Nation? My grandfather lettered for Nebraska from 1929-1931. My parents both went there. I met wife there. We're lifers.
3) Where are you from originally? Tecumseh, Nebraska
4) Where do you live now? Rota, Spain
5) Favorite Husker memory? Cory Schlesinger, @ Miami with Warren Sapp and Ray Lewis, Kent Pavelka, "Touchdown, touchdown! Bring that trophy back to Lincoln!" It brings tears to my eyes every time I watch the DVD; we had lost so many bowl games in a row. Everybody said he couldn't win the big one. It was just so gratifying to see Tom Osborne win the National Championship.
6) Worst Husker memory? No contest, 1983 - the scoring explosion falls a point short. It was so lame that Miami got to play at home in bowl games.
7) Number of home games attended? Around 40 back in the day. I have a great job now, but I sure miss home football games.
8) Number of away games attended? 5 - 1986 Sugar Bowl, Missouri 1987, Manhattan 1990 back when KSU sucked and there was more red than purple, Gator Bowl 2008, Virginia Tech 2009
9) Favorite Husker memorabilia/apparel? a football that I got from a Husker practice I was fortunate to attend
10) Favorite place to watch a Husker game? AFN
11) Favorite all time player? Grant Wistrom - 3 rings
12) WCO or Option? Option.
13) Stevie Pederson or Billy Byrne? Byrne stole my family's basketball tickets, so I'll say Devaney.
14) Lil Red or Herbie Husker? Herbie
15) Favorite Husker play? Man, woman, and child, Johnny The Jet Rodgers just tore 'em loose from their shoes!
16) Favorite game-day beverage? Back in college, I was such a nerd that I didn't drink before the game like everyone else in my fraternity because I wanted to watch the whole game. I've certainly made up for it now, though - a cooler full of ice cold beer.
17) How did you find HuskerBoard? After all the drama on HP
