This. Last year we were told that there was a noticeable gap between the starters and the second string. Yet when those backups got a chance to play later in the year, they played just as well or better. I think the actual reason was much closer to "the starters can pass block better."

Yeah, I'm really not sure which is more impressive. That Steph's AVERAGE make is basically three-point distance or that LeBron's average is barely more than a layup. His median distance basically has to be a dunk.

I'd like to think we moved toward the top of his list. But I like to see them list us in as a favorite or at least visit before I add them to my list. Personal preference.

At the state track meet:

My wife - who knows much more about such things than I - tells me it's pretty crazy for someone to throw this far without a rotational-style technique.
