They have seven guys who average at least 20 minutes per game. One of them is 6-10, another is 6-9 then one 6-7 guy and two that are 6-6. The 6-10 guy averages 12 points, 7.4 rebounds and almost three blocks so I'd say that's pretty dominant, for sure on the defensive end. The 6-9 guy averages almost two blocks. Plus their wing guys are crazy athletic so that helps make up for being a little shorter.

Get ready to be amazed!!! We could win 20+ and go 12-6 in the Big 10 and I am sure some would still find things to bitch about. Or we could lose almost 20, go 6-12 in the B1G and again fail to make a post-season tournament and people would insist that others are just trying to find something to bitch about. Wait.......

There was one tweet that simply said "USC" with some sort of frustrated face emoji then a second tweet that seemed to be related to it but they were deleted shortly after being posted. It was speculated that it meant that KJJ was committing to USC the next day.

OK...then I'm really confused on basketball recruiting. If you remember, I had a question about the program at the Heartland Hoops Classic that (I think) listed him as a junior. I thought you said he is a senior this year. Well....if he is a senior this year, why then wouldn't he be on next year's roster? Sorry for the confusion. You thought he was listed as a senior in the program but I looked in my program and he was only listed as a junior.

I remember seeing posts about how people have been disappointed in Boldt's career after he struggled in the opening series this year. The dude is a stud. Saw that he already had more extra base hits this year than he had last year. He struggled most of last year at the plate but is making up for it. I think the new approach the whole team seems to be taking is helping Boldt and others. It's really simple for hitters to look for a hit to "drive" when they are ahead in the count. That's taught at every level. I don't know why it wasn't emphasized until this year with Erstad. Isn't Erstad taking a more hands on approach to the offense this year? That's been the story all along. But it sounds like most of the difference is just being aggressive early in counts. Not sure why that would take an entire year to correct but at least we're seeing the benefits now.

Wouldn't be the first time When else? I believe Doc might have had one of the shortest teams one year, could be wrong though. If I'm remembering right our post player was 6'5 and should have been a 2 or 3. We did beat a ranked Texas team that year I believe. We beat Texas in the 08-09 season. We did have two 6-11 guys on the team that year including a freshman Jorge Brian Diaz. But the guys who were actually playing look to be pretty short.

Says he has a great relationship with Williams and they talk almost every day. Says that's his best relationship. Friends with POB. Has only visited UCLA but visiting USC soon. His 7on7 team is going to make a trip to visit Tennessee, Michigan, Northwestern and Notre Dame. Says he is looking into visiting Nebraska.
