Most interested in Mississippi, Texas Tech, Nebraska, LSU and Texas A&M. Says LSU, Mississippi and Texas A&M are recruiting him the hardest. Has the best relationship with Mississippi.

That's interesting. What does that mean, exactly? Isn't the whole point of a timeout to stop play, while play is currently occurring? Only players could call timeout while the ball is in play. Don't know if college used to be this way - I assume it was years ago - but high school was that way until a few years ago.
