Man, you got lucky he got banned. You damn near lost your soul.

  2. Stewart tweet Husker-related stuff from time to time so I think he still really wants to be here. But it seems like the new staff prefers bigger backs so I'm not sure they'll be interested. He still has husker commit on his profile, I think he really wants to be there.Him and sykes must know each other they had a back and forth about sykes committing with sykes saying I'll see you next year to which Stewart responded i have to earn my scholarship back with the new staff Good news for IWCC, a kid playing with an extra edge next fall.
  3. He left Ball St after getting them turned around and had a 12-1 season. Left San Diego St after turning them around and had a 9-4 season. Just never stayed anywhere long enough for any sustained success. Prior to that 12-1 season he almost shocked the college football world by beating us at home but fell what, 40 yards short?
  4. Bring in more road graders! Can't get enough big boys
  5. Yeah I didn't like hearing him say that, although he is a Nebraska kid immersed in it all, and not just some outsider reading about perception. He did praise the fans at one point too, a follow up question would help clarification by what he means.
  6. I dont follow, do you mind elaborating? He basically described their attitude towards Nebraska at the beginning of the recruiting process. His dad explained to him that Nebraska coaches aren't going to show you any love early because you are a Nebraska kid and they think they can get you no matter what and possibly just to walk on. He said they are going to go out and get all the outside players they can from a long ways away and only if there still is a scholarship left, are you going to be offered. From that, they worked hard to make sure Bo understood that wasn't going to fly with them because they are willing to go anywhere to play. Bo ended up offering him early and we are now where we are. Now, what happens if they don't push the issue and Oregon or Michigan or OSU or OU come in and show him all sorts of love only to have Nebraska at some point late in the process come in and try to sigh him or get him to walk on? I hear what you're saying. Bo had to lose to Harrison Phillips before he got that memo. I have the impression Riley isn't going to make the same mistakes Bo did, most everything he has done so far has shown that.

  8. Well, in a way, Cardale Jones did this to say he was returning to tOSU. Why have a conference if you're not going pro? Same thing really. But, in saying that, it is very rare a kid has a conference to reaffirm his commitment. So I'm hopeful!! Daishon Neal?
  9. Someone's grin is bigger than the others. Doesn't look like love.
  10. I was thinking the same thing. Gotta have the big cookies. Isn't that what the box is?
  11. I also remember Suh proclaiming Crick was better than him. With that said, I think newby just needs more touches, can't get into a rhythm getting 3 carries a game.
  12. LOL...good point. I find the Harbaugh thing interesting. He obviously knows that Riley is good at finding talent which is a big reason why he's coming after the same players. I think Harbaugh may struggle more than some think at Michigan. The Big Ten plays a totally different style of ball than the Pac 12. It's also apparent that he's not the easiest guy to play or work for, and he seems to have a bit of Pelni in him where he's more concerned about his own self-image than being the CEO and having a top staff to surround himself with. We will see, but I'm really happy with Riley and the talent of his entire staff, including the support/admin staff. Ask Richard Sherman, Doug Baldwin, or Ricardo Lockette what their thoughts of Harbaugh are. Lockette couldn't make an impact with 9ers and found his way onto a SB team making plays - sparingly but the fans love him. Harbaugh burnt bridges by bad mouthing his own players from Stanford - Baldwin and Sherman. So, here's an "NFL" coach not helping his college players make a team in the league, and that's who you want to play for?? Hmm, thanks but no thanks. That's my point. His style has now been visible for 7 or 8 years at Stanford and San Fran where the spotlight was all on the head coach. The 49ers players did not like him at all, as he treated them like children. I realize with college athletes the head coach has to put in place more boundaries, but I still see JH micromanaging his players and coaches. I think it speaks volumes that Reggie Davis chose not to join JH at Michigan and follow MR instead. Yup. I agree. And not only did he treat them like children he never developed them. Year in year out 9ers were predicted to win the West based off of the talent they had and each year they couldn't get it together. He's a great motivator and can do a turnaround job, but how does Kaepernick get worse each year?

  14. If he goes anywhere I hope it's Michigan and I hope our OL faces him 2-3 times.
  15. He's a double agent recruit that'll get the skinny on that michigan school, new coach, and recruits for this staff. They need a refresher on their competition.
  16. One more game to destiny! Go Hawks!

  17. I was thinking a multiple offense that goes away from plays that are working to keep the defense guessing
  18. This is no place for sarcasm and riling people up.
  19. Sounds like they need a Twitter compliance crash course. Glad to hear the good news, though. Big win.
