There is one or 2 raked ahead of him. One committed to USC, I think the other went to Oregon. So he is probably #3?

It's strange reading from an ISU fan that we are a middling program in a weak conference. If this were true, which I do not believe, my only reply would be, "Hello Pot. I'm Kettle."

I like this coach. Sucks for us that he is not really interested but the coach has a good head on his shoulders.

As far as i know, Scout did not say anything about him coming or not. They just made an emphasis on him being a solid commit to UW.

Soft verbal means you are looking at other colleges and/or taking visits (fully knowing it is all about the free trips). That is why he is back to no longer being labeled as a "soft" commit even though it seems like he never was. I hate it when recruits waste coaches time, for any coach, but that is a reality of life. I know what a soft verbal is. What Scout showed was a re-commitment to UW.

Which might explain why Frank went 9-4 in 98

Scout is reporting this morning that he is no longer a soft verbal to UW and is officially committed despite him taking officials.

That might be slow but it all depends on how the coaches use him in The Game Plan. Shouldn't matter much since he won't have to Rundown anyone.

Could he step in and be another rangy DE that Pap wants? Might add depth there. Especially in the 3-4.

The point I was trying to make was if here was a point to us getting excited about his decommit. We offered 200+ players this year. Why was his one gettin so much traffic now?
