  1. Hey republicans. This is your prize candidate.
  2. I didn’t say it was pertaining directly to DJT. But, it’s a common theme that he hires shady frauds that are just like him.
  3. It’s really hard to take you seriously when you continue to argue about something that doesn’t happen and is pretty much already illegal in the US. How I would have answered the poll question is, I support it being legal in most cases. I’m anti-abortion, in that I want to work hard to make abortion not needed. I’ve expressed all this multiple times. But, I don’t feel it’s right to make laws that prevent women from getting healthcare they really need. Again, nobody goes 8 months pregnant and all of a sudden decides, meh, I don’t want this kid. I’m getting an abortion. And, even if they did, they wouldn’t find a doctor to do it. what I’ve tried to do in this thread is explain to you how the 29% answered the question and why. It’s very different than how you characterize them…and you refuse to accept that and instead stick with your extreme belief of why they did. Abortions on a perfectly healthy baby and mother a day before a normal birth has been illegal in the US for a long time. But, you act like it actually happens.
  4. You are correct about his interviews. What I always thought is that he was always willing to ask the question that so many other people want to ask but are scared to do so....and he would do it in a way that the person would actually answer and not be offended.
  5. You must find it fun being worked up about stuff that literally doesn't happen.
  6. Here's the thing. Neither one of us ever want abortions to happen minutes before birth or post birth. (one of us recognizes they actually don't ever happen). But, if we don't ever want them to happen, the answer is not in legislation, but in improving sex education, contraception availability, healthcare, social services for single mothers, increasing responsibility of baby daddies, improving support for kids in low income households. But, your party is against all of that because of....OMG....socialism. None of those things are going to totally take away the need for abortions. But, like what we have seen since the 70s, it will continue to reduce the need for them. My hope is that we could reduce them all the way to the ones who NEED them for health reasons. And, all the statistics point towards the fact we have been moving to that. But, reducing the NEED includes things other than...oh crap, I'm pregnant, I"m going to go get an abortion. There are truly serious situations where these procedures are needed and politics should stay out of those instances. The thing is, your party is using all of this to build more support against all of those other issues. We need to get off this idiotic discussion about things that never happen and move on to more important issues.
  7. If they are truly employees, companies aren’t required to have the same number of women vs men employees….or spend the same on them as a whole. Where it might come into play is discrimination if you’re paying a men’s basketball player more than a women’s. That not title 9 though.
  8. Or, if they are all considered employees....do the title 9 issues go away? It's going to be a travesty if this allows all the revenue from revenue generating sports (with employees) to stay with the men.....which would drastically cut funding for women's sports. Or, if we can declare our volleyball players employees and pay them, but the vast majority of other programs can't, so they die off....along with the sport.
  9. Haaa...it's early in the season and I'm not paying that much attention. Thought it was only a 3 game series.
  10. If this is what needs to happen, to get out of this total crap show we are in now, I support it. But, the devil will be in the details. How are they going to have this, while abiding by Title 9 issues....and be workable for AD departments that already are running in the red? Also, athletes need to be ready to give up some of what they have enjoyed. (being able to transfer whenever they want, opting out of bowl games...etc.) 10 years ago, all the power was with the programs/teams. Now, all the power is with the players......with this, hopefully that evens out in the middle somewhere.
  11. Are you s#!tting me? I saw we lost in the 11th, but didn't know how. you don't slide in that situation? Nobody is signaling for him to slide in that situations? Oh well....happy for the series win.
  12. You're responding about a survey, while repeating what Trump and his sheep have been spewing for a long time. They are even claiming liberals want post birth abortions....which don't even exist. I've shown you that abortions moments before birth don't even exist, but here we are and you're still arguing about it. Because the abortions you are crying about didn't exist and they have been illegal in the US during that time........and literally nobody other than maybe an extreme few wackos were arguing for. This entire issue is a made up campaign issue from the right and you just can't help yourself from promoting it farther.
  13. And, prior to Dobbs, this was settled and I really don't hardly ever remember anyone even discussing it anymore. Congrats!!!! Your side got what they wanted with late term abortions....create a controversy where there isn't any.
  14. Because it's very clear to everyone else that you have fallen for this fake issue that Trump and his sheep brewed up.
