why can Notre Dame recruit the way it does but Nebraska cant? both havent one a championship in a while, what does notre dame offer to kids from other states that nebraska cant/doesnt?

  Ringer, I haven't seen you around in the recruiting forum. However, it's well known Callahan liked to promise kids they would start from day one when they walked on campus. Bo doesn't do it, as he shouldn't.
