  1. Based on his UVs to N, he went to the Arkansas St, Idaho St, Michigan, and Minnesota games last year. Definitely a big fan of
  2. I am guessing we get the newly offered Luke Gifford as our first commit by (or on) the spring game.
  3. Yeah. He'll commit early. However, this means he is going to get overlooked by most schools and end up underrated by most recruiting sites as a result. Still, got to love the in-state talent this year.
  4. T.V. Williams in 2013 USA Vs. Canada game scores a TD. I post this for two reasons: 1. T.V. doing work against the Canadian team 2. The USA QB is channeling Martinez 2010
  5. Thaddeus has said that he wants to make a decision this spring to get the recruiting process behind him so he can focus on his senior year. Translation, Rich Fisher needs to make a move now if we want a shot at making him
  6. Huh? Khairi Clark http://nebraska.scou...%2f1271495.html Prime info, so I did not read. However, story lead, "Is Clark the next Suh?"
  7. Jared Shanker ‏@JShankerESPN Thaddeus Snodgrass added a #Louisville offer when Charlie Strong offered in a handwritten letter. @ThadSnod1 Charlie Strong wrote a handwritten letter to get commit Michael Johnson. Has someone confirmed these are individualized or just "copy-and-paste" with different recruits names on top?
  8. Now has UK at the top of his list after the J-Day visit http://www.nationofblue.com/video-2014-wr-thaddeus-snodgrass/ Was impressed by the basketball game (among other things).
  9. Claims those are his "final 10" not just a top 10 About a full year til NSD 2014. We should still be pressing on this guy. if there is no interest now why waste all the resources and miss out on other prospects? Because this guy's a stud, and I am a wishful thinker. What is his top 10 anyway? 247 Sports has him "warm" for Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Michigan, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio State, Penn Sate, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, and West Virginia. Rivals and Scout have him "medium" for Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio State, Virginia, Virginia Tech. This is not new information, but I am just answering my own question for those interested. Top 10: Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio State, Virginia, Virginia Tech
  10. Does this mean that Armstrong is another fumble prone quarterback?
  11. Going there should give him a chance at getting playing time though, early in his career. Yeah, and a great seat for KU basketball. Other than that, why would anyone choose Fatty Weisbuckle over a chance to play for the Huskers? His mom wants him close to home.
  12. That I am aware of, yes. Guess you can add his teammate Anthony Davis. Would be great to get this secondary duo. Let's make it a package deal! Did we visit Gateway High? Who is the contact?
  13. +1. Fast-forward a month later, and they had a Georgia team that was yards way from playing for a NC on the ropes in the third quarter but just couldn't close it out. Obviously, the extra time preparing for the bowl game helped, coaching-wise, but also for the players to recharge and refocus.
  14. How is Bo's penmanship? Does he need a calligraphy course?
  15. Ranked #28 http://cba.unl.edu/news/unl-mba-program-leaps-22-spots-in-u-s-news-rankings/?contentGroup=Home Guess it depends on the poll. But the Business School was just an example to demonstrate that depending on the degree he is after, UNL has resources available to him and may actually be nationally ranked.
  16. of corse Kentucky is on his list . i hope he isn't attached to Marrow as McWilson is. that being said, i still think we have a decent shot at him. Ya, but McWilson had some regrets after signing day went down. Too bad. He could have done well here but put pen to paper without thinking everything through. Not to derail the conversation from DeShone, but I did not hear about Mr. McWilson's regrets. Details.
  17. If he is academic minded and wants into the SEC, I could see Vandy or Florida as strong competition. Bama does not provide the academics. Nebraska obviously is a strong academic institution, he has a brother on the team, immediate family living in the area, he would be instate, and has grown up in Nebraska (since the age of 6), so most signs point N (just not the SEC comment). Nebraska isn't exactly a strong academic institution. I think we sometimes get that confused because of the academic all-americans. We provide a tremendous amount of support to our student-athletes, but that doesn't mean we are a great academic institution. All that really means is that our athletes get good grades. It really isn't a reflection on the content of the education. Nebraska is not a powerhouse in every degree. However, they are ranked in the top 10% nationally for several programs (e.g., business and biology/agriculture). They also have a veternary school, a great sport psychology and biology program, and observatorium (facilities not found everywhere). So, it would really depend on what degree Foster was after (which is the case for any undergraduate). Anyway, I think you are providing my point with your argument, which is our student-athletes (which Foster will be) get great support from the university to succeed in the academic realm. http://www.businessweek.com/interactive_reports/ugtable_3-20.html 118th is top 10 percent? Their MBA program is in the top 10%.
