Naw. Gateway to bike theft. Ha! Nice! I don't remember a lot of pot in the dorms but there sure could have been. I do remember that on Fridays you could basically hear everyone backpack making clanging sounds while filled with beer cans and bottles as they brought in the fun-juice. I agree. Drinking has always gone hand in hand with college for some of us anyway. I think pot use has always been there too but maybe is a little more prevalent now. I'm in my 40's though so I could be wrong on the pot thing since it's been a little bit since I went to school. Im a senior at a smaller college here in Nebraska. You're a minority if you dont smoke weed. Has been that way all 4 years ive been here

Rumors on other boards is that a few days ago the "decision was 1.5-2 weeks off". Which could possibly mean SE is waiting for a coach in a conference title game. Rumor is it could be rich rod. Just passing along some tidbits. Dont kill me

Via bleacher report, i came across this and couldnt believe what i was seeing. Apparently a husker FAN, yes a fan not a rival fan but one of us, sent a top recruit (didnt say who) a message. It read "just a warning that things up here in nebraska are very unsettled around the football team. They have had several disappointing seasons with bad losses and newspapers full of complaints about the coaching staff. Changes are inevitable either after signing day or next year. So make sure this is what you want and you dont have other good choices. It aint exactly one big happy family" Absolutely ridiculous. The rather VOCAL minority is seriously hurting this program and it is spilling over into recruiting. Very toxic atmosphere they are creating. On the other hand..it could have been another schools' fan that was in the recruiting battle with that recruit. Either way i found this disturbing.

1. I learned that pelini needs to be fired. He needs to take his butt buddy papuchis and go coach with carl. Our players are so poorly coached its really kind of sad. If i was a recruit i sure as hell wouldnt want to play for pelini.
