If we run this offense it is going to be with great benefit. Being in the B1G teams will stop the run either regularly or occasionally. Isn't the Pro set the best way to get teams defenses unbalanced? Plus we have a staff with a lot of experience running it. I would not mind giving it another chance.

I don't understand their rankings. How could a coordinator with no HC experience rank higher than an actual HC with tons of experience. So the article would state that if Nebraska would of hired Pat Narduzzi we would of ranked 3rd for splash hires?? Lol... I would easily take an HC with experience before a coordinator.

There should not be any talk about this for at least three more years. Gotta give him a chance to recruit and develop players.

Mark Banker: 33 total years 16 years at non-power5 15 years at Power5 2 years NFL Trent Bray: 7 total years 6 years at power5 1 year at non-power5 Mike Cavanaugh: 26 total years 10 at power5 14 at non-power5 2 in NFL. The thing I like about these hires is that they both have college and NFL experiences. I think this can help with recruiting and player development. I am getting very excited!!
