Can't say enough positive things about Trent Bray. Guy is a flat out star. Think about how far our LB'ers have come in the past 2 years. Remarkable stuff.

who would we even go get? I'd go after Romar or Crean and hire Glen Miller, who was recently let go by UConn, as Associate HC. Guy was credited with the game plans for UConn's 2014 run and has been on staff at UConn forever. Recently let go so they could hire Raphael Chillious, one of the best recruiting assistants in the country. Romar/Crean probably aren't the best X and O guys but you get Miller in there for the X's and O's and a guy who can acquire talent like Crean or Romar and you've got something. NU needs to prioritize coaches that have a proven history of acquiring talent at every stop they're at. Now that we have a full share of B1G revenue we have more than enough monetarily to hire these types of guys as well as top flight assistants. No more excuses.

Great game by Mississippi State tonight. They were the better team the whole night and deserved to win. Kills me to see my alma mater go down like that but thats March. We'll be back!

He's an undersized 4 who can't shoot. It's a problem man. Not saying he doesn't have value though. He is literally the only guy on our team that rebounds. You're absolutely right he doesn't shoot from outside the paint but we don't need him to. The only other bigs we've seen play on this roster are Jordy (slow and walking foul), and Jacobson (minimal toughness, "stretch" 4 that shoots under 40% from the floor). Copeland might not be eligible until later in the year. This team ceiling with and without Ed Morrow was significant the past 2 years. What he brings goes beyond the stat sheet (despite being our leading rebounder).
