Watched the game last night. There were many times that defensive backs stood about 10 yards from Amari Cooper!! Yes, Amari freaking Cooper! The funny thing was Alabama didn't seem to exploit them so much through the air, or with bubble screens. Alabama ran it through their teeth. I thought that was impressive because ND had Te'o and Tuitt at LB and a stout D-line. Aggressive blitzes were rarely called. Definitely bend not break! Hoping for the best, but after watching that game. I expect us to stay the course with this 10 yards off the receiver jazz. Hoping for the best, and ad always GBR!!!

I hope you're right, but Newby couldn't decide on several possessions if he wanted to rush or cover the receiver. That scares me moving forward.

I don't think they're unbeatable, but what scares me is Royce Freeman. We're also on the road which will likely be a factor as well. I don't know if we have an answer for him.

Something I also like moving forward is if we could snag Parsons then pair him along the line with Deontre Thomas in the future. That would be a mean O-Line. Hope Thomas balls out tonight!

Rutgers not looking bad so far. I didn't realize how many transfers they've added onto their team. Certainly a talent upgrade. Utah state getting some good pressure up front. Surprised Hornibrook held onto that ball after that sack.

I'm excited to see the Defense of Wisconsin more than anything. I'm expecting a tight first quarter, but would anticipate Wisconsin to pull away quick. Also of note, where Hornibrook stands as a quarterback might impact our chances in the West. Lots of things to look out for tonight! Upset? Probably not happening, but will remain hopeful in this one as well!

Yes still a lot of great games to come! Good start to the season.

This is unfortunately noticeable and has hit him hard this year. Really glad we don't have them on our schedule this year. Would just be another team to not look over.

Was thinking the same thing. Wilson going up against his old team is a great storyline. Hoping for a decent first half showing for Indiana. Excited to see where Ohio State stands as a team. Should burn off some rust in this game, but looking to see who we should be watching the most on that time. As well as which positions look like their strengths.

Oregon is said to be wearing white uniforms for the Nebraska game in Eugene. With that being said what would be a good look for our Cornhuskers to wear in your opinion? Red jersey/ Red Pants combo would be interesting. I say let's go bold and pull out the black jersey! What say you?

All excellent predictions! I'm going with a dark horse pick. Isaah Crocker will be committing in September. Seen a video on YouTube stating Oregon State and Oregon were his top two choices. I think Oregon State loses its season opener to Colorado State. Then fresh off of his visit to our beating down of Oregon in Eugene he will commit shortly after.
