Well let's start with the fact that no one really knows anything yet. You are bound to have wild swings when it is all rumors for weeks on end.

I want to maximize the talent we have with schemes adapted to them. Build upon that by recruiting to a scheme, not just star ratings or raw talent. Make sure they actually fit what you want them to do so that they are in a position to be successful. For once in the last 15 years let's not lose games ourselves with stupid mistakes.

I think your acronym skills need work, but I agree with all the points except the last. I hope we forget about the west coast altogether and recruit the Midwest for heart, and Texas/Florida for program raising talent. The Midwest kids push the big names Rudy-style. West coast kids seem to be overrated in higher proportions when they actually play college football than kids from the south.
